A few operational details are still being confirmed. Anything shown in brackets — like [THIS] — is one of them, and it is not part of this policy until we have settled it. Everything not in brackets is a term you can hold us to. If you need to know one of the open ones before you order, message us and we will tell you.

Everything is packed and sent from the shop in Chilaw Town.

Where we deliver

Island-wide, anywhere in Sri Lanka, by courier.

Outside Sri Lanka: [INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING — OFFERED OR NOT]. The checkout currently accepts Sri Lankan addresses only.

When it goes out

Payment first, then dispatch. We do not offer cash on delivery. Once the payment has gone through we pack the order and hand it to the courier; orders placed after hours or on a Sunday go out the next working day.

From dispatch, delivery normally takes 2–3 working days to Colombo and 3–5 working days outstation. Those are the times we see week to week rather than a courier’s guarantee — a public holiday, or weather that closes a road, can add a day. If yours is running late, ask us and we will find out where it has got to.

What it costs

Delivery is a flat LKR 450 anywhere in Sri Lanka. It is one charge for the order rather than one per piece, and it is shown at checkout before you pay — there is never a charge added afterwards.

Free delivery on orders over LKR 10,000. That is the same offer as the bar at the top of every page: once the order is over the threshold the LKR 450 is simply not applied.

Tracking

We will let you know when your parcel goes out. [TRACKING — CONFIRM WHETHER THE COURIER PROVIDES A TRACKING NUMBER]. If you would like to know where an order has got to, message us with the order number and we will find out.

The address and the phone number

The courier will ring before delivering, which is why a mobile number is required at checkout. Please check the address and the number before you pay — a parcel sent to a wrong address that has already left us becomes a return, and a return takes time.

If a delivery cannot be made and the parcel comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange sending it again. [REDELIVERY CHARGE — IF ANY].

Collecting from the shop

[SHOP COLLECTION — OFFERED OR NOT]. The shop is at Aurena, No. 01/01, Colombo Road, Chilaw Town, Sri Lanka, open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm. Closed on Sunday.

If a parcel is late or lost

Tell us. We will chase the courier, and if the parcel is genuinely lost you get a replacement or your money back — a parcel that never arrived is not a return, and the exchange-only rule does not apply to it. For a parcel that did arrive, see returns & exchanges.
